Right way, remove dash like you were going to change the heater core.
Run wiring below windshield for passenger door make sure there is enough to go thru kick panel area, door and connect to door switch and motor. (fig 3)
I ran my power door lock wires at the same time.
Drill hole thru firewall. Run black/white wire from circuit breaker on the solenoid in the engine compartment to passenger compartment. (fig 4,5)
Put with the other wiring and run to the drivers side window safety relay.
Attach wires to the holes in metal under inner windshield with zip ties.
On the 4-door, you will have to remove the front door sills and put the wire under the carpet and in the loom that run along the frame of the car to the rear doors.
Also the B-pillars and seat belt to run the harness thru the bellows to the rear doors.
This hole is made by drilling from the inside of the door body, thru the door, and continuing thru the B pillar.
Make sure you have lined this up correctly before starting to drill!

Remove dash pad, lay wire on top near windshield area. snake down on both sides car to kick panel areas. Replace dash pad.
Pull out rubber grommet in engine compartment, drill a notch in hole big enough to put black/white wire in, feed wire thru hole down to kick panel area, replace rubber grommet.
Or use the hole where you ran your gauge wires or tubes thru on the drivers side then bring behind motor near brake lines and attach to circuit breaker on the solenoid. (fig 6)
IN EITHER CASE, THE NEXT STEP IS TO...
Tape all wire ends together, route wires thru kick panel area. (fig 7,8)
Put wires thru hole, thru bellow, thru hole in door. (fig 9) Pull tabs on ends of bellows to attach bellow on both ends. (fig 10) Reattach window switch ends to wiring.
