HERE IS HOW I MADE THE CUP HOLDER FOR MY CENTER CONSOLE.
I BOUGHT PLASTIC DRINKING CUPS AT THE 99 CENT STORE. 3@99 CENTS.
I ALSO PICKED UP THE CHROME EDGE TRIM AND SILICONE THERE.
DECIDE HOW DEEP AND WHAT DIAMETER YOU WANT THE HOLDERS TO BE.
MINE WERE: 2" HIGH X 2 1/2 BOTTOM X 2 3/4 TOP I JUST WANTED IT TO FIT A CAN.
REMEMBER THE BOTTOMS MUST FIT FLAT IN THE TRAY IF YOU ARE USING IT.
IF YOU ARE NOT USING THE TRAY ADJUST HEIGHT MEASUREMENT ACCORDINLY.
CAREFULLY MARK THE CUPS FOR THE TOP AND BOTTOM MEASUREMENTS.
MEASURE ON EACH SIDE FROM BOTTOM AND MARK.
PLACE A RUBBER BAND AROUND TO GET A STRAIGHT LINE AROUND THE CUP.
REMEMBER, THE BOTTOM MEAUREMENT MUST BE THE OVERALL DIAMETER THAT YOU WANT TO OBTAIN.
CARFULLY CUT WITH A DREMEL ON YOUR LINES.
YOU BOUGHT 3 CUPS BECAUSE YOU MIGHT MAKE A MISTAKE HERE.
MAKE SURE THE BOTTOMS ARE FLAT.
SAND ON FLAT SURFACE IF NOT.
IF YOU ARE NOT USING THE TRAY, YOU WILL NEED TO FASHION A BOTTOM FOR THE OPENING,
AND A COVER FOR THE E-BRAKE HOLE.
MAKE AND FASTEN THESE IN NOW.
TRANSFER TEMPLATE TO WOOD. I USED 1/8" MASONITE.
CUT OUT, BUT DO NOT CUT OUT THE HOLES YET.
FIT AND SHAPE WOOD TO THE CONSOLE TRAY, OR CONSOLE.
CLICK ON THE TEMPLATE PICTURE.
CHOOSE "SAVE LINK AS"

TO YOUR COMPUTER.
THEN PRINT THE PDF.
MAKE SURE YOU CHOOSE
"ACTUAL SIZE" ON YOUR PRINTER.
